3. A school council must have a binding constitution so that members of the school council feel that they must perform a conscientious duty.

Project title: Study Angels

Our project is called Study Angels and this project was started by a member of staff. She found that students at college were not giving their 100% to their work and she figured out this may be because of the teachers' lack of help and as funding for our college was cut this year many teachers were reluctant to run after school revision sessions. Therefore, she came up with the idea of students coaching students.
